As a driven team of master building inspectors and engineers, we got sick of seeing roof vent water intrusion. We decided to do something about it. It was time to put a stop roof vent leaks.
Again and again, we saw anxious homeowners worrying the next storm would bring more water intrusion, possible mold and damages.
Clearly, most homes had impact windows and shutters. So why were the roof vents not protected? Why were they wide open to water intrusion?
